Engineer, Business Development

Job Context

This is a full-time position. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to think laterally and possess a sound understanding of marketing principles. Please read carefully before applying for this position.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Prepare and present sales contracts.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Participate in sales events.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up with management.
• Should have presentation experience.
• Explore new markets and generate new business.
• Must have a proactive attitude to build, establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships.
• Customer visits, understand and analyze customers, and follow up accordingly.
• Generating leads, analyzing and sorting, and filtering genuine leads, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Willing to work & travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per Company requirements.

Educational Requirement

• B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering from government institute only.

• Age 22 to 30 years

• 3 years' Experience diploma applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and literacy in computers.
